SPECIAL SESSION OF THE
MAPUCHE CONSTITUENT PROCESS ON SELF-DETERMINATION
AT THE CERRO ÑIELOL PEAK.
We inform all the regional, national and international media that, today, Wednesday October 14, 2020, at 11:30 am, we will convene the Special Session on our Mapuche Constituent Process, at the Cerro Ñielol Peak.
We hope that Sebastián Piñera, President of the Wallmapu Committee and President of the Republic of Chile, will attend this historic event of the Mapuche Nation, who has been duly invited.
In said Special session, a common political position of the Mapuche will be established on the Plebiscite of October 25, 2020. Likewise, a set of actions will be adopted on the Reserved Seats offered by the Chilean political class and taking into account the international experience has resulted completely ineffective, nor will it resolve the tensions and controversies between the Chilean State and the Mapuche People in Araucanía.
Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Mapuche cannot abandon our process of self-determination under international law and react politically on the Constituent process of the Chilean People.

HOY MIÉRCOLES 14 DE OCTUBRE 2020, SESION ESPECIAL PROCESO CONSTITUYENTE MAPUCHE SOBRE AUTODETERMINACIÓN, EN LA CIMA DEL CERRO ÑIELOL.
Esperamos que concurra a este historico evento del Pueblo Mapuche, el Presidente del Comité Wallmapu y Presidente de la República de Chile Sebastian Piñera, a quien se ha invitado oportunamente.
En dicha sesión Especial se fijara una posición politica común de los Mapuche sobre el Plebiscito del dia 25 de octubre 2020. Asimismo, se adoptara un conjunto de acciones sobre los Escaños Reservados que ofrece la clase politica Chilena y teniendo en cuenta la experiencia internacional ha resultado completamente ineficaz, ni resolvera las tensiones y controversias entre el Estado Chileno y el Pueblo Mapuche en la Araucania.
A pesar de la Pandemia Covid-19 los Mapuche, no podemos abandonar nuestro proceso de autodeterminación al amparo del derecho internacional y reaccionar políticamente sobre el proceso Constituyente del Pueblo Chileno.
