Queda la tarea de la descolonización y la liberación definitiva de los pueblos y naciones kechuas, aymaras y amazonenses del hoy llamada América del Sur, de manera particular en Ecuador, Perú y Bolivia donde el republicanismo ha fracasado en la construcción de las naciones latinsudamericana: ecuatoriana, peruana, boliviana, chilena, argentina y otras republiquetas. El siglo XXI es el siglo de los pueblos y naciones ancestrales y contemporáneas que han de reconstituir su poder socioeconómico y político interrumpido por la invasión colonial de España y Portugal.

The task of decolonization and the definitive liberation of the Kechuas, Aymara and Amazon Indigenous peoples and nations of what is today called South America remains, particularly in Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia where republicanism has failed in the construction of the Latin American nationstates: Ecuador , Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and other republics.
