As of today we have been informed by the Phoenix office of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) that the public comments regarding the South Mountain Loop 202 Freeway Project have been submitted to the Arizona Department of Transportation
(ADOT) and that the decision on the permit by USACE is likely about a
month away at the earliest. We will keep circulating this online petition live during this period and continue to collect additional
signatories.
Working in solidarity, coordination and alliance with the Original Nations of Indigenous Peoples of the Great Turtle Island Abya Yala of the North [Canada-US-Mexico], we call for a MORATORIUM on all public economic development project impacting the territories of Indigenous Peoples until the right of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent is recognized, respected, and guarantees of protection are instituted among the governments of Canada, the US, and Mexico in the context of the North American Free Trade Agreement, which is presently actively being re-negotiated by the trade representatives of these governments whose only claim to jurisdiction on the continent is the "nefarious" Doctrine of Discovery of Christendom dated from October 12, 1492.
Yesterday the Dakota Access Pipeline went operational under the Missouri River at the confluence with the Cannon Ball River above the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.
Yesterday, Donald Trump announced withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement. For over 524 years of yesterdays, the colonizers have desecrated and destroyed the territories of our Original Nations of the Great Turtle Island Abya Yala. Acting in affliction with the racist pathology of "WHITE" supremacy, they have dehumanized and discriminated against our communities without concern for the future generations, neither ours nor theirs.
This cannot continue, it must not continue. At one point last year during the marches in Phoenix against the Dakota Access Pipeline, the comment was made that the Indigenous Peoples at Standing Rock are offering the American public constituencies the "last chance to save your soul".
In terms of the Climate Chaos scenario which is being unleashed upon all peoples of earth by the corporations of Petropolis, the global fossil fuel industry, mandating from behind closed doors the public policy of externalizing environments costs while privatizing profits to the benefit of an elite few: TIME is NOW.

Canada-US-Mexico and the public constituencies of their respective
societies to address without prejudice or discrimination the above
clarifications. We assert that these clarifications command
rectification of the crime of colonialism and a moratorium on all NAFTA
