Indigenous Peoples Against the Trans Pacific Partnership

Greetings.
We have received information that G4S security personnel have been directly
involved in the violence inflicted upon the Indigenous Peoples Water Defenders of the Oceti Sakuwin at Standing Rock
North Dakota, and other friends and allies of the Peoples Protectorate of the Missouri River Watershed.
The
purpose of this letter is twofold:
Please
provide for public review the particulars of internal review process that G4S
is engaged in presently to address and correct the Human Rights violations of your
personnel in their actions at Standing Rock from April 1, 2016 to the
present. If no such review is being
effected, explain why not.
Until
these issues are righteously resolved under the Rule of Law, not merely disguised with the racist juridical perfume
of the Law of the Rulers as has come to be imposed upon the Oceti Sakuwin
territories in direct consequence of the nefarious Doctrine of Discovery (1492), the Johnson v M’Intosh SCOTUS decision
(1823), and the genocidal blitzkrieg of the Doctrine of Manifest Destiny (1845) we demand:
G4S MUST CEASE AND DESIST
All activities in contract to
the Dakota Access Pipeline, and call back your personnel under the risk of
facing the charge of War Crimes against the Indigenous Peoples of the Oceti
Sekuwin Territories and their allies of the Peoples Protectorate of the
Missouri River Watershed.
Signed,
Tupac Enrique Acosta
