Terrorismo y el Estado Chileno: Mensaje del Pueblo Mapuche, Aucan Huilcaman

ARRANCAR RESOLUCIONES JUDICIALE E IMPONER LEYES, ES CONDUCTA TIPICA Y ESENCIAL DEL TERRORISMO.

 

1.- La reunion entre los camioneros y el gobierno del presidente Sebastian Piñera el lunes 10 de agosto 2020, se ha consfigurado la tipicidad del terrorismo, porque imponen leyes a su favor mediante el uso de la amenaza. Estas son definiciones y caracteristicas esenciales del terrorismo contemparaneo segun las normas internacionales.

 

2.- Las amenazas tipica del terrorismo proveniente de los camioneros, lo ha confirmado el propio Ministro del interior y Seguridad VICTOR PEREZ VARELA al referirse a la amenaza que ha sido objeto el gobierno de parte del gremio. Esta grave situacion curiosamente confirma una determinada complicidad politica del gobierno al aceptar con ligereza el envio al Parlamento de un Proyecto de Ley que surge como resultado directo de la amenaza con publicidad de los camioneros que se han comportado tipicamente como un grupo terrorista en el pais.

 

3.- Los Mapuche hacemos un llamado urgente al Parlamento a que evite a desempeñar la funcion de buzon de grupos de presion que transgreden el ordenamiento juridico imponiendo leyes a su favor mediante la amenaza publica.

 

4.- Invitamos a los camioneros a que reconozcan la situación Mapuche y asuman su cuota de responsabilidad como sector privado y no pueden seguir desentendiendose de una situación historica que vive el Pueblo Mapuche en la politica de conculcacion de sus derechos.

 

5.- Reiteramos que el futuro de la Araucania esta intrínsecamente relacionado con la participacion activa de los Mapuche en todos los asuntos que les afectan y la implementación de la autodeterminación al amparo del derecho internacional.

THE USE of PUBLIC THREATS TO DEMAND JUDICIAL RESOLUTIONS AND IMPOSITION OF LAWS, IS TYPICAL AND ESSENTIAL CONDUCT OF TERRORISM.

 

1.- The meeting between the truck drivers and the government of President Sebastian Piñera on Monday, August 10, 2020, has established the typicity of terrorism, because they impose laws in their favor through the use of threat. These are definitions and essential characteristics of contemporary terrorism according to international standards.

 

2.- The typical threats of terrorism from truck drivers, has been confirmed by the Minister of the Interior and Security, VICTOR PEREZ VARELA, referring to the threat that the government has been subjected to from the union. This serious situation curiously confirms a certain political complicity of the government by lightly accepting the sending to Parliament of a Bill that arises as a direct result of the threat with publicity from truckers who have typically behaved as a terrorist group in the country.

 

3.- The Mapuche make an urgent call to Parliament to avoid acting as a mailbox for pressure groups that transgress the legal system by imposing laws in their favor through public threats.

 

4.- We invite truckers to recognize the reality of the Mapuche situation and assume their share of responsibility as a private sector and not continue to ignore a historical situation that the Mapuche People are experiencing in the policy of infringement of their rights.

 

5.- We reiterate that the future of Araucania is intrinsically related to the active participation of the Mapuche in all matters that affect them and the implementation of self-determination under international law.
